House Democrats were on edge over any possible affront to Gen. David Petraeus during his Iraq War testimony. So much so that when former CIA officer Ray McGovern made the vocal suggestion — during a technical delay to fix a microphone — that the witness be sworn in, McGovern was forced to leave the hearing room.
